Launch day is the start of a site's working life. The care plan is the monthly agreement that keeps it hosted, secure, watched and current, scaled to the size of the build.

A short maintenance list, by design
Builder-made sites often stack software from many vendors on top of one another. One vendor pushes a change, another doesn't, and the contact page goes blank on a Saturday. Our hand-coded builds skip that stack entirely: static pages, no database, no admin screen. Very little is left to go wrong.
Sending in an edit
A text or an email to Roger is the whole process. Closing early for the Fourth? A new crew photo? A fall aeration special? Tell him. When a request grows into new-page territory, a price comes back for your approval first.
The three care tiers line up with the three build sizes on the pricing sheet. Clients on monthly SEO have care rolled in.

RFI 01Which changes are included?
ResponseRoutine ones: revised hours, an updated price, a swapped photo, a new team member, a holiday notice. A brand-new page is larger, so it gets quoted before anything starts.
RFI 02What happens during an outage?
ResponseThe monitor pages Roger, and he works the problem. With static files and no database, outages are uncommon.
RFI 03Can I move a site from another developer onto a care plan?
ResponseNormally no, since the plans are designed around our own builds. Roger will look at what you have and give an honest read on patching versus starting fresh.
